Aromatherapy is based around the use of essential oils which are natural extracts from plants, fruits, herbs and flowers. The oils each have their own properties to help and prevent a wide range of health problems, or simply to help you relax. A selection of the highest quality essential oils will be blended to suit your individual needs at the time of your treatment.  The oils can also be blended and supplied for home treatment in baths, lotions, compresses or inhalations. Aromatherapy Massage is softer than Deep Tissue Massage and many people fall asleep during their treatments!  It is excellent for improving lymphatic flow and eliminating toxins.  Different types of massage can be combined within a treatment for optimum effect and the essential oils, with their special benefits, are included within all massage treatments.

The Deluxe Organic Facial can be added on to any massage treatment for £25.  Organic skincare products will be chosen for your personal skin type.  The treatment includes your choice of a hand and arm massage or a foot massage/reflexology while the face mask is working its magic!
