Aromatherapy oils – I will help you to choose your own perfect blend of essential oils to enhance your massage… relaxing, uplifting, calming… you choose what you need for each treatment.
Hot stones can be incorporated into your massage to help relax you and your muscles, enhancing the effect of your massage.
Sound healing – tuning forks can be used directly on your body to break down tension in your muscles and help release trapped emotions.
If you are feeling stressed or anxious, I can offer you a variety of carefully selected flower essences to help release any stress and emotions and aid relaxation during your treatment. These may be recommended for ongoing use following your treatment.
Kinesiology energy healing techniques may sometimes be used in addition to massage to help correct energy imbalances and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated
