Sound healing – tuning forks can be used directly on your body to break down tension in your muscles and help release trapped emotions.
Aromatherapy oils – I will help you to choose your own perfect blend of essential oils to enhance your massage… relaxing, uplifting, calming… you choose what you need for each treatment.
Hot stones – Can be incorporated into your massage to help relax you and your muscles, enhancing the effect of your massage.
Kinesiology energy healing techniques – May sometimes be used in addition to massage to help correct energy imbalances and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated
