We only use the highest quality naturally formed Basalt stones. The stones can be used within a massage to relax your muscles and allow the therapist to work more deeply into each area. The warmth from the stones activates your parasympathetic nervous system which induces a deep level of relaxation to your mind and body, allowing you to drift into an even deeper state of calm.
The Hot Stones are particularly popular in cooler weather but can be enjoyed all year round. They can be included within any type of massage.
