Amazing Healthcare that can transform your Life. Discover a level of health and vitality you didn’t know was possible!

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a completely natural and highly effective way to attain optimum mental and physical health.  Muscle testing is used to detect imbalances within a person, often long before they begin to cause any symptoms.  Various techniques are then used to restore balance, relieve symptoms and prevent more serious health problems from developing.

Kinesiology is very efficient at detecting the root cause of any problems you have, whether they manifest as physical or mental symptoms, or simply as problems within any area of your life.  Discovering the cause gives you the opportunity to make the necessary adjustments to your diet and lifestyle to achieve your optimum level of health and wellbeing.

Kinesiology techniques are very effective and considerably enhance and speed up the healing process. They work on physical and emotional issues, helping you to transform your health and your life.

Food Testing & Supplements

The wrong nutrition is a major factor of many health problems. Kinesiology detects which foods are good and which are harmful to each individual person. If  it is advisable for a person to avoid a certain food, they will be offered practical advice on alternatives, with menu suggestions and emotional techniques if required, to help them adhere to their new way of eating.  Many people are pleasantly surprised to find this much easier than they expect, and the improvement to their health far outweighs any effort required.

Because of today’s unnatural farming methods and people’s tendency to eat processed and microwaved foods, most people in the UK are deficient in certain nutrients, sometimes quite severely. During a treatment it is likely that a programme of supplements will be recommended to negate any deficiencies and support your recovery.

The Nutritional Reward method is a special technique used during treatments to enhance the effect of supplements.

What happens during a Kinesiology treatment?

During a Kinesiology treatment you will lie fully clothed on a treatment couch and Leisa will test various muscles to assess different systems and organs within your body and to find the causes of any imbalances found. She will then muscle test to find any nutrition, herbs or flower remedies that will help your healing process and these will be incorporated into the balancing to enhance their effect.

To restore balance she will use different techniques such as light touch, deep massage or gentle manipulation on specific points around the body and head.

After a treatment you are likely to feel relaxed and more balanced. It is quite common for people to feel a bit tired for the rest of the day so it’s best to avoid strenuous activity after a treatment to allow your body time to process your treatment.  Leisa encourages clients to work on themselves between treatments to retain the benefit of the balance for longer. To enable this she teaches simple techniques to each client, individually designed for each individual.

Leisa works very holistically and where lifestyle changes are suggested, she will offer guidance on how to manage them at a pace that is right for each individual person.

How many treatments will I need?

This varies greatly as it depends on factors such as age and how long the symptoms have been present. We aim to help each person to achieve long term healing and health and that is a process that requires commitment.  We are always on your side and will help to guide you with any lifestyle changes that are required.
